Returns Policy

According to the established in the article 103 of the Law 3/2014, of March 27, that modifies the returned text of the General Law for the Defense of the Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by the Legislative Royal decree 1/2007, of November 16, the supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized and the supply of goods that for its nature could deteriorate or expire with rapidity are exempt from waiver.

In spite of this, if, after receiving one of our floral arrangements, you have discovered that there is some problem with its quality please, contact us to solve it as rapidly as possible! In this case so that the substitution is applicable the following conditions must be fulfilled:

- you have to notify the substitution will to Florster in the following 24 hours counted from the reception of the order because for being a perishable product it might not verify its original quality in the later dates. You have to specify the substitution motive and attach the proof of purchase to pedidos@florster.com.

- together with the notification you must attach one photo of the received flower arrangement.

We want to pay your attention to the correct care of the flowers as it is detailed in our instructions in the Web – we cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of the flowers if you do not take care of them well.

If the motive of the claim is some problem with the delivery of our floral arrangements you will be able to claim it in 5 days following the date of its delivery:

- for the flower arrangements that have not been sent we will send to you a substitution or will return you the money, depending on your preferences. Till now we have delivered 100 % of the orders and hope to continue like that.
- for the flower arrangements that have been sent late (+24hr) because of a Florster’s error we will send to you a substitution or will return you the money, depending on your preferences. We have never come that late, so there is any reason to worry.
- a refund will not be possible when the flower arrangements have been sent late due to an incorrect direction or because the recipient was not present to receive the floral arrangement and the recipient does not answer the phone at the agreed time. Anyway we will always do all the possible to find this person, it does not matter how well she/he can hide, sure we will find she/he.
- a substitution or a refund will not be possible when due to any reasons the recipient denies the delivery. It is very difficult that someone denies so pretty flowers, but everything can happen.
- in the rest of cases with specific circumstances it will be possible to receive a substitution or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your preferences.
